P.E. and Sport Premium

Dovecote Primary & Nursery School receives a lump sum each year plus an allocation per child (Yrs 1-6) from the government. This budget is to be used solely for the purpose of promoting and improving PE provision within the school. At Dovecote, we have made the decision to employ a PE & School Sports Specialist (PESSS) and have a P.E. Specialist Teacher, who works in school providing quality PE lessons, CPD for all teachers and after-school activities.

The documents below outline the amount of PE & Sport Premium received each year and how this money is spent with intended outcomes. Our PESSS and PE Subject Leader review this expenditure each year and provide an impact report at the end of each academic year. Please see our Evidence and  Impact Document in Policies.
